We are pleased to offer care credit as a payment option for our patients

We understand that dental fees don’t make people happy.  For your convenience we accept the following methods of payment:  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, personal check, and CareCredit.
We will gladly file a claim with your insurance provider; however, deductibles and copays are due at the time of service

                                                                                                                                                                   We do accept Medicaid for kids (medical cards), we do accept patients covered by WV CHIPS.
Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged an additional $35.00 plus any bank charges.
Until insurance coverage is verified, we require that all new patients pay for their initial visit. This allows us to become familiar with your insurance plan.  If at any time there is an overpayment due to insurance, our office will credit your account or send payment to you.  Once we have established your insurance, you will be responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance plan.
